GRIT FIT KIDS
Grit Fit Kids is a program that introduces kids to health and fitness, setting them up for a healthy lifestyle by incorporating exercise into fun games and activities. Each level's activites are tailored for that age group. Younger kids focus on developing gross motor skills, coordination, balance, patience & taking turns, while showing kids that fitness is fun! Older kids build confidence while focusing on body control, spatial awareness, building strength, and nutrition.

Grades 4-7 | 5:00-5:45pm
