 EMPHASIS  FUNCTIONAL FITNESS / INTERVAL TRAINING

From beginners to advanced, this class is designed to enhance your core strength, balance, and muscular endurance. If you are looking to trim inches or build muscle, this class is for you! Each class will challenge your mind and body to be a better version of you!

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

 EMPHASIS  FULL BODY STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOTION / TRX & KETTLEBELLS

From beginners to advanced, this class is designed to promote full range of motion through joint stability and flexibility exercises. Strengthening class attendees from the core, there will be a daily emphasis on structural strength and efficient movement. If enhancing your daily quality of life is your goal, this class is for you!
