MINDFUL MOVEMENT

 EMPHASIS  FULL BODY STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOTION / TRX & KETTLEBELLS

From beginners to advanced, this class is designed to promote full range of motion through joint stability and flexibility exercises. Strengthening class attendees from the core, there will be a daily emphasis on structural strength and efficient movement. If enhancing your daily quality of life is your goal, this class is for you!

Wake up and get moving! Start the weekend off right with 45-minutes of high-intensity interval training to burn some calories while building strength!
