Through an engaging, high-intensity workout, each class member is challenged to dig deep and find the strongest version of themselves.

This class introduces kids to the foundational skills of basketball! We focus on dribbling, hand eye coordination, following directions, and having fun! This non-competitive program will allow your little one to get moving while learning and growing their basketball skills.

This class gets kids moving through the basic skills of soccer & lacrosse! Activities focus on balance, spatial awareness, gross motor skills, socialization, taking turns, patience, & listening. Your little one will get the opportunity to explore the fundamentals of sports while having fun!

This class introduces kids to the fundamentals of athletic movement in a positive and encouraging environment! Kids will learn to challenge themselves through fun activities and engage in friendly competition with classmates. This class is perfect for both young athletes and any kids who just want to get moving!

Join us for a charity clay shoot tournament, followed by an afterparty with food & drinks, silent auction, and awards at Pintail Point to benefit Giving the Edge Foundation! Whether you're a beginner or novice, we will have everything you need to have fun with us!

A 5-week program that's equal parts skills, game play, and fun! Players will engage in fun drills before breaking out into competition-style mini game play. Each player will be coached through the skills necessary to understand and excel at their given level.
