The best way to go about booking your rental or party is to complete this form. Please let us know as many details about your event as possible. Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your rental!

Peak Season: November, December, January, February, March

Off-Season: April, May, June, July, August, September, October

Upon booking, you will be asked to pay 50% of your total as a deposit. The Edge will reach out 1-2 weeks prior to your rental to collect the remainder of your payment.

We understand that plans change and things happen unexpectedly. In order to try and accommodate as best as we can, our refund policy is subject to the following schedule:

6+ Months prior: Full refund

3-6 Months prior: 75% refund

1-3 Months prior: 50% refund

Less than 1 Month: Full payment due

For PARTY/RENTAL cancellations, we will do our best to reschedule your event to another day/time based on facility availability.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Edge staff/management and subject to a 6% processing fee.

Your rental includes:

- The allotted time of the turf space you've chosen

- Use of the food/table area (included in your rental time)

- Assistance from your party attendant/staff

- Equipment and activities (if desired, NOT including inflatables)

- Set up & clean up

The Edge offers a wide assortment of activities and equipment, including dodgeballs, footballs, soccer balls, kickball, wiffleball, obstacle courses, fiddlesticks, corn hole, kanjam, parachute, hopper balls, toddler toys, and more! You will also have an attendant available during your party to assist with activities if needed. Please be sure to let us know when booking your event which activities/equipment you would like so that our staff can set it up for you!

All of the above is included in the base price of your rental. The only activity we offer that comes at an additional cost are our inflatables, which are an additional $125 each.

The Edge does not have a strict limit to the amount of people allowed at your event. Our recommendation is no more than 20-30 kids at most on half field.

We try our best to not double-book parties to ensure that you get full use of the table area during your rental time. However, if you book half field, there still may or may not be people on the other end of the field (most likely 1-on-1 / small group training).

With your rental, you may bring whatever food and drink you'd like! There are plenty of restaurants nearby that offer delivery/catering services.

The only restrictions are that all food and drink must be enjoyed off of the turf and no glass.

The Edge does not provide any food/drink. We sell light concessions (may include small bagged chips, water, gatorade, etc.)

Our table area includes 4 picnic tables that seat 6 each (24 seats total). There are 2 additional tables (without chairs) that can be used for food, gifts, etc.

Parties are typically around 2 hours long. However, you may rent as much or as little time needed for your event!

Yes, The Edge books events with at least 30 minutes in between to allow for set-up and clean-up. You may arrive up to 30 minutes before start time of your rental, however please be mindful that there still may be clean-up happening from the previous rental. If you have any questions, please discuss with staff when booking your event.
