ABOUT LAX DEFENSE CLASS
FALL
Work in the off-season so you can have more fun IN season! Coaching will consist of everything you need to succeed as a defense player, including how to approach dodgers, influencing position of offensive players, best practices for body & stick checks, and a variety of ball handling skills. *This class is BOYS ONLY. Players must provide all own equipment.*

Boys Grades 3rd-6th*
Tuesdays 7-8pm
LEVEL 2
Boys Grades 7th-10th*
Tuesdays 6-7pm
*Grades based on 2025-2026 school year. 2nd/6th grade players may play up with at least 1 year HoCo Lax/Elite/AAA experience.
