Grades 6th - 8th

This camp teaches kids to face obstacles and challenges with confidence. Instruction and activities will have heavy emphasis on cardio as well as introduction to strength training.

High School & College Athletes

Need the extra nudge to keep you moving through summer? Coach-led sessions with a focus on cardio and strength training will provide you with the keys to a successful fall season. Each session will challenge you to find a way to Win the Day!
