ABOUT SPEED & AGILITY
This class introduces kids to the fundamentals of athletic movement in a positive and encouraging environment! Kids will learn to challenge themselves through fun activities and engage in friendly competition with classmates. This class is perfect for both young athletes and any kids who just want to get moving!
